Your content and QR Codes

You retain responsibility for content you enter, upload or link. You grant us the limited permission needed to process and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for testing QR Codes before printing or distribution and for maintaining linked destinations.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed according to the price and billing period shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. Unless cancelled before renewal, a recurring plan may renew for the next billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The MyQRcodeBuilder service, interface, branding and original software remain our property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. QR readability can be affected by content density, colors, size, printing, damage, device capability and placement. The service is provided to the extent permitted by law without warranties beyond those expressly stated.

Liability and termination

First purchase requests

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of an initial paid-plan purchase. Eligibility may depend on whether the account has already used substantial paid capacity, bulk creation, API requests, premium downloads or other consumed services.

Renewals and plan changes

Renewal payments and unused portions of a billing period are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel before the renewal date to prevent the next charge. Approved downgrades normally take effect at the next billing period.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount, contact us promptly with the account email, charge date and transaction reference so we can investigate.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may take 5–10 business days to show the credit. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
