Service and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, protecting your login credentials and all activity performed through your account. Features, limits and availability may vary by plan.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to distribute malware, deceive users, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, facilitate unlawful activity, overload the service, bypass limits or scan restrictions, or create QR Codes containing content you are not authorized to publish.

Your content and QR Codes

You retain responsibility for content you enter, upload or link. You grant us the limited permission needed to process and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for testing QR Codes before printing or distribution and for maintaining linked destinations.

Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed according to the price and billing period shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. Unless cancelled before renewal, a recurring plan may renew for the next billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

The MyQRcodeBuilder service, interface, branding and original software remain our property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. QR readability can be affected by content density, colors, size, printing, damage, device capability and placement. The service is provided to the extent permitted by law without warranties beyond those expressly stated.

Liability and termination

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service use, failed scans, third-party destinations or user content. We may suspend access for material violations, security threats or non-payment.
